Photo of the Week
One of my favorite fish to catch, or more so see, is the Rio Grande Perch. I have only seen two in person, and both times my dad caught the fish and not me. They are rare to find in my opinion, but they have such a unique pattern and coloration along with a pretty cool dorsal fin. They don't get too big, but I think their appearance far makes up for it. This one was caught on the South Llano River near Junction, Texas on a Worden's Rooster Tail in Fire Tiger coloration. I hope I get to catch one of these sometime soon, but if not, I will let my dad keep catching them for me, because I sure do like the way they look for some reason.
